This is why we take particular care to make sure that corporate social responsibility standards are complied with when we provide our catering services. Our CSR activities focus on the following areas:
- FOOD AND BEVERAGES (including purchasing goods in bulk packaging to minimise waste, working with local suppliers, promoting eco-friendly, fair trade and regional products);
- MENUS (including using seasonal products, preparing the dishes we offer with respect for the religious and food-related requirements of the event participants, taking into account the WWF list of endangered species, using easily recyclable paper to print the menus);
- CATERING EQUIPMENT (including using waste sorting containers and biodegradable cleaning agents, replacing disposable napkins with reusable linen ones, appropriate transport logistics allowing for CO2 emission reduction).
