Mazurkas Catering 360° unconventionally in ICE Kraków

Conference EuCAP is a platform for European research and development centres on Antennas and Propagation on academic as well as on industrial level. This event is one of the two biggest world conferences on this topic. Mazurkas Catering 360 provided complex catering service of this presigious event. The conference gathered around 1300 participants from 58 countries all over the world.

All week long  on four floors of ICE Kraków Conference Centre notable scientists, cell communication and satelite expperts had its lectures and presentations. The exchange of information and data access were also possible due to workshops, technical trips and complex branch exibition, which took place on every floor of ICE Kraków. 50 exibitors presented the latest software, equipment and processing signals technoogies. 

Mazurkas Catering 360 was doing its best so that participants of this international conference could memorize Poland not only through traditional but also modern food. 
"Every conference day during coffee break and lunch we offered our guests different thematic menu, which was combined with suited decoration. We served red menu, white menu and modern menu, there was menu of Polish rivers and forests and also menu of Polish fields and meadows. The whole was completed by suited live cooking stations with chefs: old Polish station, station with knuckle, tartare station, smoothies station and farm cheese station - says Katarzyna Lewandowska, Head of Mazurkas Catering 360 Sales Department. Our main goal during planning and organizing the event was to stir up positive emotions, which will keep the memory of the event to participants for a long time. We have received lots of thanks and congratulations for a unique catering, which is the biggest complement to us" - Katarzyna Lewandowska summerized.
